cina78 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

5.2 Processing Time

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. • Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or were obtained illegally.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action. cina78 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cina78 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own negligence in protecting Account credentials.
• Technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems that affect access to the platform.

In no event shall cina78's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

cina78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

In the event of Account termination due to Terms violations, cina78 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the violation, and you may be permanently banned from creating future Accounts on our platform.
